Chad brings considerable skill and experience to his leadership role at Quantum. Prior to starting the firm, he created and managed the investment services practice at Chicago’s Baum Realty Group, Inc. He also served as managing director and established the investment services practice at NAI Hiffman, one of Chicagoland’s largest full-service commercial real estate firms.

Andy Margolis, DSenior Vice President, Draper & Kramer

Andy is responsible for placing Debt, Mezz, Preferred Equity and Pure Equity for commercial real estate transactions. Keely Polczynski is a 17-year veteran of CBRE where she is widely recognized as a leading retail investment properties expert. Her expertise is in understanding capital markets, knowing and accessing institutional and private capital investors, as well as underwriting and developing marketing strategies for investment properties in the Chicago area. She is part of a shared database that reaches over 300,000 investors nationwide. Focusing solely on the disposition of retail properties, she has sold over 200 million square feet of properties valued in excess of $1 billion.
